Directions:  
Preheat oven to 350º.
Heat oil in large skillet. Add ground beef and crumble. When about 1/2 cooked, add onion, garlic, and green chiles. Stir and cook for another 4-5 minutes. Drain. Spread a couple of tbsps of the enchilada sauce over the tortillas. Add beans in a line down the middle of the tortilla, then add in a spoonful of the beef mixture, drizzle some extra enchilada sauce over the meat, then add 1/2 cup of cheese. Roll up tortilla and place seam-side down in 9x13" casserole. Continue with rest of tortillas. Spread remaining enchilada sauce over the top. and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered 20 minutes. Broil last few minutes to brown the cheese. Garnish with cilantro and green onion.
