Peel and mash one avocado in a small mixing bowl.

Chop the tomato and add to the avocado.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Some people prefer guacamole chilled, but avocado turns from green to black quickly, so keep this in mind before serving. Lemon juice will help slow down the process, but guacamole does not keep for long!
