1-1/2  cups
 
2  tablespoons
 
2  tablespoons
 
5  quarts
 
2  tablespoons
 
1  tablespoon
 
1/2  tablespoon
 
2  cups

Directions:

saute onion until slightly browned in 1 tbsp of oil in a large stock pot

add Ham, Leak, and continue to saute until no water remains in pot.

Add Corn and continue to cook until all ingredients are heated through

Add water, honey, mustard, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper (can be omitted if you wish) and bring to a boil.

Add Lentils, reduce heat to low, simmer covered for 45-60 minutes.

Will end up with about 4 quarts of soup total. Soup easily freezes in Ziploc Bags for up to 6 months.
