Directions:

Combine squash, zucchini, potatoes, onion, stock, oil and parsley and garlic in large saucepan.

Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
If stock simmers down, add water to original level.

In food processor/blender, puree mix in batches.

Return to saucepan and add milk and basil. Heat to hot.

Stir in lemon juice and pepper.
