Spray 13x9 inch glass baking dish with non stick spray. Cook and drain noodles according to package. Place in cold water.
Meanwhile cook ground beef and garlic over med/hi heat 5-7 minutes stirring to break up beef - cook till no longer pink - drain if needed. Stir in sauce, cayenne and 1 tsp basil leaves heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Heat oven to 350F. In med bowl, stir together egg beaters, ricotta cheese and 1/2 tsp basil leaves until blended. Drain noodles. Spread 1/2 cup sauce mixture over bottom of baking dish. Top w/ 3 noodles, 1 1/2 cups of sauce, half of ricotta mixture and 3/4 cups of mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers once. Top with remaining noodles, sauce and mozzarella cheese; sprinkle w/ parm cheese. Spray 15-inch piece of foil with non stick spray. Cover lasagna with foil.
Bake 45 minutes. Uncover; bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Cut into 12 even servings.
