Description: Store Bought Whole Foods Whole Grain/Whole Wheat Crust, Vegetables, Basil Pesto, goat cheese and/or low fat mozzarella (tailor ingredients to your tastes/style)
Ingredients:  Makes 4 servings (4 pieces)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. (or according to pizza crust directions)
2)Chop/dice fresh garlic, asparagus, mushrooms, tomatoes (can be sliced) or whatever other vegetables you would like (i.e. bell peppers, onions, broccoli etc.). I prefer to put the spinach on raw, but it may be chopped/cooked etc.

Slice Fresh Mozzarella and/or Goat Cheese (soft cheese may be scooped and spread out on crust)

Spread 2 tbsp pesto sauce over store bought whole wheat pizza crust.

Add vegetables by evenly arranging/sprinkling over top of crust

Arrange mozzarella and goat cheese over top evenly

Place in oven directly on rack for crispier crust, or use pizza pan/aluminum foil for softer crust.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted

Remove from oven & let sit for 5 minutes to cool

Slice pizza into 4 sections (4 large slices)
