Description: Salmon with herbs baked in oven
Ingredients:  Makes 6 servings (6 each)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and oil the bottom of a baking dish.

Place salmon in dish & sprinkle with pepper.

Chop & combine shallot, garlic, herbs, lemon zest, chile, lemon juice and olive oil in a bowl and cover salmon with mixture.

Bake in a preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until a fork pulls out smoothly from the thickest part of the fish.
