Directions:  
Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grate the cheese and set aside. Melt the butter in a medium pot and add the flour and dry mustard to make a roux. Add some of the milk and whisk together. Add cheese, and keep stirring. When the sauce becomes too thick, add more of the milk, and keep stirring until the sauce is smooth and neither too thick or too runny. Put the macaroni in a casserole dish and pour the cheese sauce over it. Bake for 25 mins or until it is just starting to brown a little bit. Enjoy!
