In a blender add egg and dry ingredients

combine lemon juice & vinegar in small bowl, blend well

pour half of the mixture into the blender egg mixture

mix well, start adding a little oil at a time blend after each addition

after half of the oil is blended in add the liquid mustard

add the remaining lemon juice mixture

blend well, add remaining oil in a flowing stream blending well

you should now have a mayonnaise texture

refrigerate for up to one week in a container with lid
