Homemade Beef Stew

1  lb.		Stew Beef
16  ounces		Canned Corn
16  ounces		Canned Green Beans
32  ounces		Stewed Tomatoes
1-1/2  cups		Sliced Carrots
1-1/2  cups		Chopped Potatoes
1  cup		Chopped Celery
1/4  cup		Red Onion
1  teaspoon		Garlic Salt
1  dash		Salt
1  pinch		Pepper

Fill 5 quart pot with enough water to boil the stew meat add salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste. Boil meat for 1 hour, add carrots, celery and potatoes, red onion add 2 cans Del Monte Itialian Stewed Tomatoes (I pour the cans in the blender and hit the chop button for maybe 5 seconds, I don't like big chuncks of tomatoes) continue boiling for another 30 minutes. Add canned corn and green beans continue to boil another 30 minutes or until vegs are cooked.
