1  dash
1  pinch

1/4  teaspoon
1/4  cup
3  cups

In a large skillet, heat butter. Add onions, carrots, and celery; saute for 5 minutes. Add chicken meat; cook and stir 1 minute.
Add chicken broth to pan. Season generously with black pepper, parsley, oregano, cilantro, crushed red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to combine. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
