Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. In large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Blend in flour, salt and pepper; gradually stir in milk.
Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and mixture begins to boil. Add cheese, stirl until cheese is melted.
Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly.
