Description: Creamy homemade mayonnaise with no additives. Whole 30 compliant
Ingredients:  Makes 12 servings (24 tablespoons)

1/4  teaspoon
 
1-1/4  cups
 
1  teaspoon

Directions:  
crack egg and squeeze juice of half a lime into a wide mouthed mason jar.
add 1/4 cup of LIGHT tasting olive oil.
using a stick blender placed all the way down in the jar, start blending
Add the rest of the olive oil SLOWLY - pouring a thin stream while blending
When all of the oil has been added, raise the blender midway up the jar to mix oil sitting on top. Mix until consistency is thick but creamy
Add vinegar and mix through.
Stores in the fridge - freshness date will be the same as the egg date.
