Directions:

remove meat from bone and put bones in large pot with 6 cups of water and boli for 45 min

strain liquid into another pot ans remove any meat that may have been left on the bone and add to liquid ( which is now homemade turkey stock)

after adding your turkey to the stock add your barley and let boil for 30 min

add veggies and let simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally
Salt and pepper to taste and enjoy :)
