Directions:  
Activate yeast in bowl with 1 cup warm water 105-115º with one tsp sugar.
Let foam.
Add 2 tbsp Light Olive oil
Add 2-1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
Mix vigorously 20 strokes, cover w/ damp towel set aside in warm place.
After 1 hour, punch dough down.
Another 30 mins, work dough onto board then transfer to pizza pan.
Bake off for 10 mins in 400º oven.
Remove from oven lower heat to 375º
Let crust cool slightly.
Add 1 tbsp of Light Olive Oil to crust, spread evenly over whole crust.
Add 1 cup sauce, and mozzerella cheese, and oregano.
Bake 12 mins at 375º.
