Slice potatoes thinly
press exess water out with towel
brush both sides of potato slices with oil and arrange on baking sheet
grate sea salt on slices
bake 15 mins at 400, then turn chips, sprinkle more salt and bake for another 15 mins at 400 or until crispy and golden brown
