Ingredients:  Makes 3 servings (15-9/10 fl. oz.)
16  ounces
2  tablespoons
1  tablespoon
1  teaspoon

Preheat oven to 350
Place Salmon in sprayed baking dish
Brush 1 tbsp. honey evenly over fillet set aside other 1 tbsp.
(if you have trouble getting the honey to spread just put in the microwave for 5 seconds at a time)
Add lemon pepper and sea salt to taste
Bake for 10 minutes
Remove salmon from oven and brush on remaining honey
Bake another 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork (If the honey hasn't caramelized, finish under the broiler for less than 2 minutes.)
Cut into 3 equal pieces and serve

Serve with rice and veggies
