Directions:
1
preheat broiler
2
mix honey and Dijon mustard for glaze
3
in a small/medium foil lined baking dish (spray with non-stick spray or lightly grease with butter or margarine), place both salmon filets skin side up in pan
4
Broil skin side up for 3-5 minutes (skin will look browned)
5
Remove filets from broiler; flip filets so that the skin side is down, then glaze meaty part of salmon with honey-Dijon mixture.
6
Place back in pan and put under broiler for 3-4 minutes or until fish flakes & glaze looks slightly browned/bubbly on top. (do not overcook or burn)
7
Remove from broiler, let cool for a few minutes, and serve with a nice salad or fresh vegetables (I prefer raw veggies or steam them).

Enjoy!
