Directions:

peel and cut potatoes into one inch in size. Boil potatoes in water (reserve 1/3 cup of water for mixing below) until they are tender. Remove potatoes from water and allow to cool.

in large skillet, cook bacon until crips, crumble and set aside.

add sugar, flour, to 1/3 cup of water, along with vinegar and mustard in a cup, add to oil in the skilller, whisk together until thick

add potatoes, bacone and scallions to the pan and stir to coat potatoes well. Add a dash of pepper or salt to taste. You may enjoy this hot or cold.
