Directions:  
COOK SAUAGE IN LARGE SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT 5-8 MINUTES OR UNTIL BROWNED. REMOVE SAUAGE.
ADD ONIONS, CARROTS AND CELERY TO THE SKILLET; REDUCE HEAT TO LOW. COOK 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL TRANSLUCENT, STIRRING OCCASIONALY. ADD WINE. INCREASE HEAT TO MEDIUM HIGH; BRING TO A BOIL. ADD SAUAGE AND ALL REMAINING INGREDIENTS EXCEPT PASTA AND CHEESE. rEDUCE HEAT TO MEDIUM LOW; SIMMER 20 - 30 MINUTES.
ADD PASTA; COOK 10 - 12 MINUTES LONGER. SERVE SPRINKLED WITH CHEESE.
