Directions:  
Preheat convection oven to 350 ºF, or standard oven to 375 ºF.
In a piepan, mash breadcrumbs into melted butter with a fork.
In a different piepan, beat eggs; add a little milk if desired.
For each chop: rinse, roll in crumbs, dip in egg, then lay back into the crumbs and pack them on with a spoon.
Lay the chops on a greased baking pan, with space between.
If you have a convection oven, bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes.
If you have a standard oven, bake at 375 for 45 to 60 minutes.
Be careful not to overcook, or they will be tough.
