Directions:  
Chop onions, garlic, mushrooms, and leftover pieces of zucchini from Parmesan veggies recipe.
Mix dried herbs with chopped onions and garlic and let sit for 10 minutes.
Chop canned Italian tomatoes into 1/2 inch chunks. Mix with tomato sauce.
Heat olive oil in a large saucepan. Add onion-garlic-herb mix. Saute onions until starting to soften.
Add mushrooms and zucchini. Stir and saute for 3-5 minutes.
Add pesto cubes, tomato sauce mix, and cooked pinto beans.
Lower heat and simmer 10-15 minutes until all veggies are cooked.
Serve over whole wheat pasta with Parmesan veggies.
