preheat oven at 350, 2 pieces of large aluminum foil

toss the bell peppers and sugar snaps in the white wine, lemon juice, and olive oil, salt and pepper to season

place 1/2 of veggie mix onto each piece of foil

place the 1/2 fish and 6 shrimps on top of the veggie mix

spread some lemon pepper and salt on top of the fish then put 2 lemon slices on top

place a clove of garlic in the packet

close the packet tightly

bake for 18-20 min then cool for 5 min before opening the packet
