Directions:  
1 Mix dry ingredients together.
2 Add water a little at a time and knead dough.
3 Dough should be soft but not sticky.
4 Pinch off pieces (golf ball size), roll into a ball and flatten slightly.
5 Heat oil in pan.
6 Put each dumpling in pan and fry on each side.
7 Remove from pan when each side is golden brown.
