9  ounces		Chicken Tenders
8  ounces		Bow Tie Pasta
4  cups		Spaghetti Sauce
5  tablespoons		hot sauce

boil chicken until fully cooked, do not cut chicken up.
drain water, and add spaghetti sauce and stirs with a fork. the fork with shred the chicken. add in hot sauce (also add in crushed red peppers if you like it hotter).
it will cook down to make a very thick chicken spaghetti sauce that you put over pasta. use left over chicken to make sammiches for lunch the next day.
