Open can of salmon, drain fluid, then add to medium bowl. With fork, flake salmon meat.

Add bread crumbs to salmon, then mix.

Add two eggs and onions, then mix.

Hand pat into six 4 oz patties. Number of servings may vary. This is Jim's recipe from his memory, so blame him for this. :p

Place one or two patties into hot skillet with 1 or 2 Tsp oil. Fry until brown on bottom, turn over, and finish cooking. Remove from heat. Finish cooking patties. Leftover cooked patties can refrigerated or frozen, and be reheated in microwave. If, not planned to use, then cats will enjoy this treat.
