Keto Spinach, Mushroom Chicken Casserole

1  cup		heavy whipping cream
1  cup		fresh spinach
1  cup		fresh chopped mushrooms
1/2  cup		chopped green onions
3  tablespoons		butter
2  ounces		creamed cheese
5  pieces		shredded cooked chicken thighs
1  tablespoon		Garlic - Fresh
2  tablespoons		Stella Parmesan Cheese - Fresh, Grated

Melt butter in skillet, add mushrooms and green onions and fresh chopped garlic.
Saute until softened.
Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Add cubed cream cheese and cook until melted
Add heaving whipping cream and cook and stir until bubbling.
Add chicken and heat through.
transfer to a casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
Top with fresh grated parmesan cheese.
bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
