Directions:  
Combine oil, ornage juice, eggs dry Jello and cake mix, beating until smooth. Pour into a greased and floured cake pans.

Bake at 325 degrees F for 20-30 minutes or until cake tests done. DO NOT overbake.

To make frosting:
Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Beat in vanilla extract, then beat in sugar until creamy. Spread over cake.
