Directions:  
Brown meat in large skillet with onion; drain. Return to skillet, add sauce and spices.

2. Add egg to cottage cheese

3.Boil noodles for 9 minutes. Drain.

4Lay some sauce on bottom of a 9 X 13 pan. Place 4 noodles across pan, then layer cottage cheese and sauce and cheese. Repeat twice ending with 4 noodles and remaining sauce. Add cheese on top.
