Directions:  
cook 3 chicken breasts in crockpot with seasoning and lime sauce and chicken broth for about 3 hours. Shred the chicken meat apart. Then , prepare all the other ingredients, and combine equal amounts into each tortilla, including a tbs of enchilada sauce in each. Put in a backing dish, pour the rest of the enchilada sauce and cheese on top, and bake at 375 for about 30 minutes. let cool for about 10 minutes and serve.
