Blend 2 T skim milk with 1 t vinegar)-Dip steaks in buttermilk.

6.Stirring constantly, add milk mixture to skillet. Once added, bring
mixture to a boil.
7.Lower heat and simmer until gravy thickens.
8.Serve over steaks.
