Lighter Sausage and Cheese Casserole

6  slices		Healthy Life Bread
12		Omega Eggs
1  cup		skim milk
1  teaspoon		dry mustard
1-3/4  cups		Kraft fat free cheddar
5  ounces		fat free evaporated milk
1-1/2  cups		Campbell's 98% fat free cream of mushroom
16  ounces		Honeysuckle WhiteTurkey Breakfast Sausage cooked

Crumble and brown sausage in a nonstick pan. Drain grease and stet aside to cool. Grease casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Remove crusts from bread and line dish with bread. Combine eggs, milk,and mustard in a bowl until thoroughly mixed. Pour egg mixture over bread. Sprinkle sausage over egg mixture. Allow egg mixture to soak into bread overnight. The next morning, combine cheese evaporated milk and soup. Spread over top of casserole and bake for 1-1 1/2 hours in a pre-heated oven at 375 degrees (center should be set).
