Description: A nice healthy yet hearty meal you can have any time of the year but will be wonderful during the winter months! High in fiber and protein.
Ingredients:  Makes 6 servings (6 cups)

Directions:  
-Rinse Lima Beans
-Add lima beans to dutch oven with onion, salt, pepper.
-Slice sausage in 1 inch peices and add to mixture. (remove any sausage casing before cooking)
-Add 6-8 cups of cold water.
-Bring to boil and boil for 10 minutes.
-Lower temp and simmer for 2.5-3 hrs.
