Description: Homemade meatloaf using 97% fat free hamburger and chili sauce.
Ingredients:  Makes 6 servings (18 ounces)

Directions:  
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and spray a loaf pan with cooking spray.
2,Process two slices of Aunt Millie's 35 caloric Potatoe Bread into crumbs in a blender
3. cook chopped onion and green peppers in a small skillet until lightly cooked.
4. Add ground beef to small mixing bowl, add salt and pepper, egg, bread crumbs, pepper, onion and Heinz chili sauce.
5. Mix together and put into prepared loaf pan
6. bake for 30 minutes, top meatloaf with 4 additional tablespoons of Chili Sauce, and bake another 15 minutes or until done
