Rub spices into Pork Loin Roast and place in Slow Cooker with onion and garlic. Cook until done about 10 hours or over night.

When pork is done remove from cooker, leave onion and garlic in pot, and shread with forks.

Return pork to cooker and add BBQ Sauce and allow to cook another hour or until ready to serve.
