Low-Carb Choco-Peppermint "Fudge"

8  ounces		Cream Cheese
2  cups		Chocolate Protein Powder
1-1/2  cups		Splenda
1/2  cup		Butter
1  teaspoon		Peppermint Extract

Allow Cream Cheese and butter to warm to room temperature.
Put Cream Cheese and butter in microwave for 1 minute to soften.
Remove from microwave, add extract and whisk all together until creamy.
Mix in Splenda and Protein Powder until soft ball forms. I ended up using a fork for this, and finished by working it by hand.
Measure out in tablespoons and roll into balls.
Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil and grease.
Place balls on greased foil and place in freezer for 1-2 hours.
Store in freezer or refrigerator.
