Directions:  
Whisk all of the above together. Heat 8" skillet. I used 1/4 of a tsp. of Olivia. When hot pour in enough mixture to just coat the bottom. When the top starts to bubble (just like pancakes) flip. I did not cook on the bottom side very long at all. Repeat with the rest of mixture. Makes 4 pancakes, 2 per serving.
