Directions:

Fry off onions in olive oil until soft, add quorn mince and fry gently for 5 minutes.

Add Stock (oxo cube mixed with water)

Add Peas, 2 chopped carrots, chopped pepper, chopped mushrooms, worcester sauce & ground pepper.

Leave to simmer for 20 minutes.

In the meantime, cook potatoes, swede and the last carrot. You can boil or steam them for 20 minutes or until soft.

Mash the potatoes, swede and carrot. If you want to treat yourself add a spoonful of soft cheese for a really creamy mash.

Poor mince mix into casserole dish, then cover with mash and bake in moderate oven (180/200 oC) for 25-30 minutes
