1  ounce

Preheat oven to 350F. Peel and dice apples.
Combine flour, fiber one honey cluster cereal, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg in a bowl.
In a second bowl, mix honey, egg whites, peanut oil, tropical applesauce and soy milk until blended together.
Stir honey mixture into flour mixture until just moistened. The batter will be lumpy.
Fold in pears.
Lightly coat non-stick 4"x8" inch loaf pan with cooking spray. Transfer batter to loaf pan.
Bake 30 minutes
Then sprinkle on Truvia Sweetner on top of bread and return bread to oven for another 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in center of bread.
