Trim all fat off pork loin and cut in 1" cubes

Brown in fry pan sprayed generously with canola oil

Quickly mix flour into water and make a good brown gravy and remove mixture from pan and set aside.

Brown onions and minced garlic until onions are clear

Put meat mixture back in pan and add stewed tomatoes

Roast chilis and jalapenos over flame on stove or in toaster oven until skin is black/brown on all sides and skin is removed easily and finely dice and add to pan

Add oregano, cumin and salt and pepper to taste (for more flavor, add dried chili flakes to taste).

Simmer on stove till meat is tender

Heat flour tortillas on stove and refried beans in pan

Put about 1/4 cup of refried beans in heated tortillas, roll and place on a plate, smother with green chili and enjoy!
