Directions:  
Just stick it all together. Easy. Just pour a jar of low or no sodium added V-8 vegetable juice into a pot, add whatever leftovers you have and any seasonings. I like to make it taste like chili, so I add chili powder and cumin and garlic. This is also great if you add frozen vegetables to it, and then just cook over low heat until the vegetables are soft. This is a great liquid base for making chili, also, if you add in a can of no sodium added beans of your own taste. It will, however, change the carb and nutrition content.
