Directions:  
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1- Mix eggs, cheese, ham, spinach, milk, salt and pepper in a medium bowl
2- Pour into pie dish
3- arrange onion and tomato slices on top in a pretty pattern
4- bake for 45 minutes
