4-1/2  ounces
 
3-1/2  ounces

Directions:

Cut crab and fish fillets into bite-sized pieces.

Spray soup pot with nonstick cooking spray then add oil to soup pot. Add bacon, celery, potatoes, carrots and onion: cook until bacon is browned and onions are tender.

Add chicken broth, juice from the clams, bottled clam juice, tomato sauce and pepper.

Cover; simmer about 35 minutes or until potatoes are cooked

Add clams, shrimp, crab and fish fillets

Heat until fish is cooked about 3 minutes. If you like a thick chowder add cornstarch and water.
