Directions:  
cook macaroni according to package directions. melt butter in a 1 qt. pot. add flour and salt and stir constantly for 3 minutes. pour in milk and continue to stir until thickened. pour 1/3 maraconi into 9x13 cassarole slice 1/3 of cheese. repeat layers until all is used. pour white sauce over cassarole and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
