Directions:  
Toss shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper Preheat oven broiler.
Render fat from two strips of bacon over medium heat. Remove bacon from pan and add 1 tbsp. butter. Add red bell pepper, shallot, and garlic and saute for about five minutes. Add corn and okra and cook until crisp-tender. Meanwhile, broil shrimp until just done, about two minutes. Add scallions and 1 tbsp. butter and cook for another five minutes. Serve over rice, add shrimp, and garnish with bacon.
