Directions:  
saute onions and mix with raw ground beef
add rest of the ingredients and mix well
add cooked rice and egg mix well
cut peppers in half and stuff with mixture
Put cut filled peppers in oven proof dish
cover with prepared sauce
cook covered in a 375 degree oven for 60 minutes or until tender
Serve with a fresh garden salad
