Marinara Baked Chicken

3  cups		Low Sodium Gia Russa Marinara Sauce
4		chicken breasts, Raw, Skinlesses
1/2		sweet onion, small
2		Tspns Minced Garlics
1/2  serving		tspn salt
1/2		tspn black pepper
1/2		tomatoe, medium
2  tablespoons		Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1  tablespoon		Basil - Dried, Leaves

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cut chicken breasts into two parts for a total of 8 pieces, season, set aside
Cut onion into thin slices, set aside
Cut tomatoe, chopped, set aside
Heat oil in large frying pan, medium heat
Add chicken, brown and remove to 9x13 baking dish
Using pan drippings, add onions and garlic, sautee until onions are translucent,
Add marinara sauce and seasonings and chopped tomatoe
When thoroughly heated, spoon over dish of chicken until completely covered and some of sauce in the bottom to prevent burning.
Cook uncovered for 30 minutes.
