Directions:  
In a colander, drain the corn, peas & green beans. Chop your onion, pepper & carrots and add to the colander. Mix the oil, Splenda and vinegar in a large bowl. Stir in all the ingredients until well coated. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
