Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cook lasagna noodles al dente (8-10 minutes) so that they are still firm to the bite.

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with garlic, garlic powder, oregano, salt and black pepper. Cook until the meat is no longer pink, then drain excess grease.

In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs and Parmesan and mix until thoroughly combined.

At the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan, place lasagna noodles as the bottom and coat with a layer of tomato sauce, then ground beef, and then cheese mixture. Repeat process until all pan is full, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes or until cheese has melted and is bubbling. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
