Meatballs with beef, pork and veal

1/3  lb.		ground sirloin
1/3  lb.		ground pork
1/3  lb.		ground veal
2		ezekiel breads
2		eggs
2  tablespoons		dried parsley
1/4  cup		bread crumbs
1  teaspoon		garlic powder
1  tablespoon		italian seasoning
1/2  teaspoon		salt

Spray rack with cooking spray and set on cookie sheet.

Pulse two slices of Ezekiel bread in food processor to make soft crumbs. Put in large bowl. Add ground meat mixture, 2 eggs, parsley, garlic powder, about 1/4 cup bread crumbs, 1T Italian seasoning, and 1/2 tsp salt. Mix well with hands and form 18 meatballs.

Bake on prepared rack in 350 degree oven for about 35 minutes until internal temperature is 170 degrees.
